Dear Parents,
Our class is going to participate in the N.E.A.'s (National Education Association) Read Across America on Friday, March 2nd. We are planning special activities for the week of February 27 – March 2 and need your help. Each student is asked to
bring 3 picture books from home to share with the class. We are going
to locate the setting of the stories on a map of the United states.
Please make sure the your child's books tell the setting and the setting
takes place in the United States. Also, please write your child's name on
the book so we can return books to the rightful owners on Friday.
Please send books in as soon as possible.
